We love to see our bikes being used in real life, through social media. Because people are exactly why we build bikes in the first place. To inspire others, we also like to share these pictures once in a while. By giving the permission for us to use your picture, you can share the joy of Helkama and biking also to others.

By replying our request with hashtag #yeshelkama you approve the following conditions:

You grant Helkama Velox Oy (”Helkama”), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable right within the Helkama Group to use, copy, publish, distribute and edit the content to which you have responded with a hashtag #yeshelkama, for all Helkama marketing purposes, for example on the website, newsletters and social media.

You release Helkama from all authority to pay compensation for the use of your images for all of the above purposes. You agree to keep Helkama Velox Oy and each person representing Helkama from all claims and liabilities related to the use of the images.

You declare that you are over the age of 18, (i) you own all rights to your images, (ii) you have permission from each person appearing in the images to transfer the license, and (iii) the use of your Helkama images does not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy or any law of any third party.

Because there is a significant amount of content, we cannot promise that we will use your content. We may use your content, but we are not obligated to do so.

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (”GDPR”), images of individuals may be considered as personal data. Privacy and data protection are important to us at Helkama Velox Oy, and we want to be transparent in the use of personal data. Helkama Velox Oy processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

The agreement will enter into force at the moment you respond to our request with the hashtag ’#yeshelkama’ and will remain in force until terminated by either party. You can terminate the agreement by sending a message on Instagram to Helkama Velox Oy (@helkamabicycles) and Helkama Velox Oy will stop using the images within one month.
